- Appointment as Mediator – CEDR Accredited
- Appointment as Arbitrator – Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators
- Advice and representation in commercial negotiation projects and/or disputes
- Advising on dispositive mediation and how to bring parties in dispute to the table.
- Preparing cases and people for mediation and providing support through the process.
- Short-term assignments leading or working with a team negotiating large international commercial transactions and related issues (whether or not disputes).
- Advice and practical assistance on choosing, setting up and running a mediation or arbitration process
- Drafting dispute resolution clauses in international contracts
- Forming and administering dispute resolution boards in high value projects
- Advice on establishing and managing claims centres in particularly high value and complex construction disputes
